Any returns are subject to a period of 5 days from the customers receipt of the goods. The customer will contact mr² Woodworking via conversation to confirm the return, provide a shipping confirmation document with the reason for the return and tracking information. Customer is responsible for return shipping if item is not damaged. Instructions, procedures and refunds for returns related to damage will be provided at the time and are specific to that order.
Cancellations made prior to product production or shipment may not be subject to a cancellation fee if the item has not been purchased. Custom item orders are not subject to the same refund policy as stated above for quality crafts. A custom item is defined as a part that is specifically designed for that customer to a defined set of specifications. mr² Woodworking strives to ensure that all custom items will meet customer requirements prior to shipment. Status, information, change specification requests and images are provided through the manufacturing process on a continuous basis to ensure that the piece or pieces are accepted prior to shipment.
