Sierra Living Concepts manufactures all of its furniture before shipping. We do not sell prefabricated furniture that requires assembly. Our on-site construction increases the durability of our furniture by up to 70%. We have found that several parts ship better when partially disassembled. A screwdriver and maybe a hammer are enough for these parts.

Orders are usually processed the next business day after you place your order, pending payment approval and order verification. However, every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation or change provided that your order has not reached the processing stage or has not been dispatched. To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure a proper cancellation. All our furniture is hand made by skilled craftsmen from pure solid wood and hence any cancellation after production starts involves loss of precious wood and labor costs. For this reason, once production has begun, we are required to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order amount. Due to logistics overhead, if your order is canceled after shipping, the commission will be up to 40%.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all returned goods are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the item less the original delivery charge and the actual return delivery charge if your item is returned within 14 days of delivery and is in the same condition as it was received. If the item shows signs of use, a partial refund may be given.
Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your return to us. This includes rough estimates of the time required for return shipping, inspection at our returns center,
