While some of our products are shipped directly from Belle Escape via Fedex Ground, many are shipped directly from the manufacturers via various ground or freight carriers. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For products that we do not have in stock, the estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description. Most in-stock furniture ships within one to two weeks of placing your order and is received within 7 to 10 business days of delivery. Sometimes shipping delays occur that are beyond Belle Escape’s control. When you purchase an item from Belle Escape, we cannot guarantee a delivery date in any way, as the shipping industry sometimes experiences backlogs and staff shortages, which can push back the delivery date by days or sometimes weeks. By purchasing from us, you agree to understand that delays may occur.
Many of our products, especially hand painted furniture, are made to order and can take 4 to 12 weeks to ship. For furniture going to addresses in the continental US, door-to-door delivery is “free”. This means that your furniture will be delivered in boxes to the front of your house at no extra cost. If you want white glove service, you can select that option in the drop-down box next to the item you are ordering. We remind you that the “white glove” service includes delivery to the first floor; For stair climbing items, please select ‘White Glove Delivery with Stairs’. If you have multiple furniture items, please contact us for an estimate so we can get you the most affordable price. After placing the order, we will confirm the estimated delivery time by email.
Free shipping applies to the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Addresses that are “remote” or only accessible by “Ferry” will incur an additional $275 shipping fee.

White glove delivery includes 15 minutes of assembly. Some items, such as beds, large cabinets with multiple pieces, and everything with a canopy, will be an additional fee for assembly.
We are happy to offer a refund on most items as long as these items (exceptions are listed below) are in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be sent in the original packaging. Please note that item color may vary on your screen. If you choose to return an item for color or any other reason, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee. Upon return of the original item, you will receive a credit for the amount of the item, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please check your furniture upon arrival to determine if there is any damage. If you find any damage, do not accept the delivery and report the damage on the return form. If your item is damaged during delivery, we will repair it. If repair is not possible, we will replace it as soon as possible. If the box is dropped, the damage must be reported within 24 hours. Most of our furniture is shipped from Indonesia or South America. In rare cases, containers may be damaged in transit. If this happens, we will re-make the part you ordered and resend it to you as soon as it is ready. Marine damage is usually associated with sudden storms in the open sea. This is very rare, but it can happen and Belle Escape cannot be held responsible for any losses or delays beyond our control.

Belle Escape will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days (defined from the date you received the item) for any reason.
There are no returns on hand painted furniture as these items are made to order for you. As we do not stock these items and they are ordered specifically for you, they cannot be canceled or returned. We begin the production process within three days of placing your order and charge to do it in advance, so custom orders cannot be canceled. Damage is very rare because our items are packed very well. But please check your items upon delivery. If the item is damaged, this must be noted on the delivery invoice and we will need photos of the broken item and the box. If the item is damaged, do not accept it from the delivery company. If the box arrives without your signature, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that our products are handmade and colors and textures may vary. Therefore, variations in colors and textures are not considered damage. Contact us immediately about the damage and send photos of the damage to [email protected] If the damage is noticed within 24 hours and/or the damage is indicated on the delivery form, Belle Escape will arrange to pick up the damaged item and deliver a new one to you as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including orders for items that have been discontinued, items that are accidentally zero rated, items that cannot be delivered to the delivery address, or for any legitimate reason. Non-custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. The order must be canceled before shipping, which is usually 2-7 days after the order is received. Once the item has been shipped, the order may be canceled or refused, but shipping either way plus a restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount paid.

However, if we have an active coupon for more than their discount, they can use it, but they must call to place the order.
