We ship our furniture Monday through Friday. Items in stock will be shipped within 3-7 working days from order by one of our shipping partners. Delivery times are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be provided where appropriate. Please note, we cannot hold any orders in our warehouse. Items from your order will be shipped as they become available.
Customers cannot request a specific delivery date, our shipping partners will however advise when items are scheduled to be delivered. Soft, medium and large items that will be delivered on a front door pallet will be delivered to the ground floor or front door area only and will be bound and shrink-wrapped on a pallet to ensure they arrive in good condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packaging materials, including pallets. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove items delivered from the ground floor or front door area to the premises. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture items will fit through any doors, stairs, gates and lifts prior to ordering.

Depending on the item(s) and location of delivery, in some cases unusually high charges may be incurred. If we are unable to reach a delivery solution with the customer, Living By Design reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
