We deliver our furniture Monday to Friday. In-stock items are shipped via one of our third-party shipping partners within 3-7 business days of order. Delivery time is 3-10 days after shipment and tracking details will be provided if required. Please note that we cannot hold any orders in our warehouse. The products in your order will be shipped when they are available.

Customers cannot request an exact delivery date, but our shipping partners will advise when the goods are scheduled to be delivered. Fragile, medium and large items are delivered under the front door, only delivered to the ground floor or front door location, and bound and shrunk to the pallet to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packaging materials, including pallets. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the delivered items from the ground floor or door area into the premises. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture item will fit through any doorways, stairs, gateways and lifts prior to ordering.

If you cancel your order before it ships, we offer a refund equal to the purchase price. But you have to act fast! To cancel your order, please call our customer service team on (08) 8399 1250 as soon as possible.
