Our on-site construction increases the durability of our furniture by up to 70%. We have found that some pieces ship better if they are partially opened. For these pieces, a screw driver and maybe a hammer will suffice.
Orders are usually processed the next business day after you place your order, pending payment approval and order confirmation. However, every effort will be made to accommodate cancellations or changes provided your order has not yet reached the order processing stage or been shipped out. To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting your order to ensure proper cancellation. All our furniture is handcrafted by skilled Artisans using Pure Solid Wood and therefore any cancellation after manufacturing has started will result in wastage of precious wood & labor cost. For this reason, once manufacturing has begun, we are required to charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the order amount. Due to logistics overhead, if your order is canceled after shipping, the fee will be up to 40%.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and the actual return shipping cost if your item is returned within 14 days of delivery and is in the same condition as received. If the item shows signs of use, you may be subject to a partial refund.
