Only the areas that touch your body when sitting (such as seats, backrest, headrest, armrest, etc.) are made of bonded or grained leather. Other areas such as the backrest, side and bottom of the sofa that do not touch your body when sitting are made of faux leather. This is a common practice across the industry.

Curbside delivery is the most common type of delivery, where the furniture boxes are delivered to the curb (on your driveway or in front of your home or garage door) when the van can get there. You take the boxes to your room, unpack and assemble them. Assembling the sofa is very easy as you just have to stack the parts next to each other.

With White Glove delivery without assembly – your furniture will be brought to the room of your choice by the forwarding agent. Unpacking and assembly has an additional cost and you have the option to choose at the time of ordering.

For White Glove delivery with assembly – your furniture will be delivered to the garage by the courier. We will designate a separate fitter to bring the box to the room of your choice. You unpack the boxes and also dispose of the trash in your trash area. A furniture assembly service only includes the assembly of one piece of furniture. For additional pieces of furniture, please purchase a separate assembly service. reserves the right to cancel assembly service or other services for custom orders.

If your sofa has a chaise longue, you have the option to choose the direction of the chaise longue. Please choose the direction that best suits your living/family room. The direction of the chaise longue cannot be changed once the sofa is complete. You can see the selection of the chiase direction in the order overview.

The coffee table usually costs over $950 if you want to order it separately. You can find the coffee table catalog under Menu –> Furniture –> Coffee table. Typically the coffee table you see in the picture with sofa is what we offer by default and you have the option to change the coffee table and choose any design from our coffee table catalog as long as the price is less than $950.

Answer: My Aashis offers a limited period warranty based on the product you have ordered which can be easily found on the product detail page. If you want accidental damage or other damage covered for 5 years, you should choose the extended warranty as it gives you peace of mind in case of accidental damage to your furniture. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the investment you are making in this bespoke and expensive furniture.

Q7.What does bed function mean? Answer:My Aashis offers an option to add a bed function in any 2 seater sofa area. This option converts the 2-seater sofa area into a bed if necessary. The width of the 2 seater bed function is approximately 50 inches and the length is ~60-65 inches based on the sofa design. Please refer to the following picture for details.
