Your order will be delivered to the curb of your home by calling our courier 30 minutes – 1 hour before. You are responsible for transporting your order from the curb to your home, leaving it on the curb of your home.
Need your furniture as soon as possible? Opt for our free local pickup program, where we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up from our warehouse in the Miramar Road area (San Diego zip code 92126). This allows you to pick up and receive your order mid-week if needed to meet this tight deadline for urgent orders.
Tables And Trolleys
Your order will be delivered to the threshold of your home (first entry room and/or garage). Please note that there is an extra charge in case of stairs. As this is an inside delivery service with no assembly service, the driver will not install or unpack your items.
Your order will be delivered to your home and room of your choice by calling 30 minutes – 1 hour before our delivery driver. Our furniture installer will unpack your furniture, install it in your chosen room and remove all packaging residue after installation. This is an all white glove service, sit back, relax and enjoy your new furniture without lifting a finger! Additional charges may apply for places with stairs.
Products in the “Free Home Delivery” category are shipped directly to your home for free. Our shipping company will call you a few days in advance to schedule a time and date for delivery. Please note that the driver is not responsible for the home delivery and/or assembly of your order. The shipping company will drop your order on the curb of your home, please have plenty of help and or a trolley/stroller to carry your boxes home. White gloves for home assembly are a separate fee and can be negotiated at the time of order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not included.
Round Coffee Table
Some of our products are not quality for free direct home shipping for customers outside the San Diego county area. You will see a delivery fee at checkout for your order to be shipped to you via LTL Cargo Carrier. The shipping company will give you a courtesy phone call a few days in advance to schedule a time and date for the curbside delivery so you know exactly when to expect them. Have plenty of assistance available to help you move your goods, as the driver is not responsible for inside delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not included.
